**Job description**:
**Corporate Centre**

The Corporate Centre Group provides a wide range of corporate services to enable people at HM Treasury and many of the other organisations who form part of the Treasury Group (including the Government Internal Audit Agency, the Debt Management Office and the new National Infrastructure Bank) to operate effectively and efficiently. We are a diverse group, both in terms of our professions and in our ways of working.

The Corporate Centre Group is made up of: Commercial; Correspondence and Information Rights; Finance; Human Resources; Treasury Business Solutions (TBS); the Multisite and Darlington programme team and Treasury Group Shared Services (based in Norwich).

The Multisite and Darlington Programme team is responsible for establishing the new economic campus in Darlington, working closely with Groups across the Treasury, the other campus Departments, and the Government Property Agency, and enabling the transition to new ways of working in the department to support an inclusive multisite model.

We are responsible for defining policy, actual delivery and project management for this change programme, including the physical delivery and staffing of temporary and permanent

accommodation in Darlington, accommodation and technological changes within our London and Norwich offices, and putting in place the business and cultural changes across the organisation to ensure effective multi-site working.

We are looking to recruit a Head of Business Change who can work with us to enable the implementation of hybrid working within the Treasury and the establishment of our Darlington Economic Campus. This is a very exciting role where you will have the opportunity to share your considerable skills and experience leading business change and developing strategies to realise benefits when working with project and change managers at the heart of delivery.

Great change management is about working together, talking to each other to measure and monitor progress, and find solutions to problems.
