**The Role**
Reporting to the HR Director, The Head of Recruitment, Change Leadership and Employer brand will oversee the recruitment strategy for the Leisure and Concession division. They will leverage the employer brand and market the EVP so that TRG is known as a great place to work so the best talent is selected and retained. They will partner closely with business leaders to understand business needs, raise the bar regarding the quality of talent hired and develop a robust acquisition strategy to support this.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of the Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Project management for a range of different initiatives including pay and benefits analysis and our social media recruitment strategy
- Oversee our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion programme and ensure we are using techniques to attract a diverse group of people and presenting balanced shortlists.
- Devises and implements the Glassdoor and LinkedIn strategy so the company is seen positively, and people want to work for TRG
- Ensures the TRG culture differentials are leveraged throughout external employer brand
channels
- Manage external partnerships with recruitment partners and additional 3rd party suppliers
- Develop and execute innovative solutions, driven by technology evolution in the talent acquisition area
- Measure and report key recruitment performance measures
- Manage Talent Acquisition team
- Resource Planning - works in close collaboration with the Executive team and Heads of Functions to understand succession plans and where future resource is likely to be required to mitigate gaps and ensure we have people in key roles.
- Manages the relationship with suppliers and job boards to ensure that roles are posted on the most visited websites and optimum resourcing channels to gain maximum exposure and to ensure that we attract the right people.
- Deputising for the HR Director when necessary
**Required Experience**:
Experience of managing a team
Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience
Experience in a multi-site business beneficial
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruitment initiative
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and toolsHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and People Systems
Knowledge and understanding of market trends and experience driving Best in Class
practices in TA
