As Bodyshop Quality Controller, you will work as part of a highly skilled team, and be responsible for reviewing and signing off on the repair of vehicles to manufacturer standards whether it be minor car park damage or a road traffic accident. You will perform the cosmetic checks to panels and paintwork on a range of vehicles, ensuring that the correct levels of repair meet company high standards and manufacturer specifications.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Visually inspect all vehicles in line with the provided job card.
- Highlight quality issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure re-work is delivered in a timely manner.
- Accurately complete all quality control documentation
- Meet bodyshop set targets.
- Work with the site's receptionist to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within the agreed time.
- Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience of working in the repair industry or motor trade
- Knowledge of the repair process
- Attention to detail
- The confidence to highlight issues constructively and explain the repair process
- Ability to work under pressure and drive high performance in others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
