**Quality Control Inspector - Fresh Poultry Industry**

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Quality Control Inspector** to join our client based in **Preston, Inskip.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the production process, including receiving, processing, and packaging
- Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet established quality standards
- Utilize testing equipment to assess product quality and safety parameters, including temperature, moisture levels, and microbial content
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards and work with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in regular audits and assist with maintaining quality control records
- Communicate effectively with production staff and management to address quality concerns and implement improvements

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a quality control or food safety role, preferably in the poultry or food industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed

**Salary**: Dependent on Experience - £11.44-£15
