**Role Summary**

**Core Objectives**
- Collating and maintaining information for the HR database (Croner) becoming a Super user, being able to answer daily queries regarding absence, new starter and leaver information
- Undertaking general administrative tasks such as scanning, running reports, uploading documents and passing on messages
- Create formal documents such as Contracts of Employment, confirmation of resignation, references, completion of probation and other HR related communications
- Assisting with Induction of new employees into the business, generating new offer packs, booking in Inductions, liaising with the training department for forthcoming induction events
- Ad hoc HR duties for the HR Officer and HR Director
- Building good relationships with the management teams
- Raise PO’s on SAP system
- Assist with payroll duties

**Experience and Skillset**
- Minimum A-C grade in GCSE Maths and English (Essential)
- Willing to complete CIPD level 3
