Helping Hands Community Care is recruiting Specialist Care Support Workers in Hexham and surrounding areas.
We provide the care and support our service users need to achieve a fulfilling life and maintain as much of their personal independence as possible, in the comfort of their own homes.
The specialised care team supports service users with varying health conditions including learning disabilities, autism, mental health, post traumatic injury, challenging behaviour, Huntington's disease and many others.
Our Specialist Care Support Workers prepare meals; dispense medication; attend to personal care; dressing; showering: companionship and enabling, day centre support; holidays, hobbies; interests and respite.
