**Support Worker / Lifestyle Coordinator - The Role**:
One gentleman has autism and lives with his friend in their home in Morpeth. They require the right person to join their support team and help them both to live their best lives.
One gentleman enjoys countryside walks and cycling amongst other things so if you like being active and enjoy the outdoors then this full or part time position could be for you. While the other man is a fun-loving social magnet and enjoys getting out on his trike in the local area.
Obviously, the job isn’t fully outdoors, so you won’t need year-round thermals, you will also be supporting the men within their home, life and individual support needs. Both men enjoy discos, music, food, cooking and singing amongst many other likes.
Examples of support sessions are: 9am until 10pm, 3pm until 9pm and sleep-in shifts where you may commence shift at 9am and end the shift at 10am the following day. You will receive a set sleep-in payment for your non-support hours. Experience in using technology i.e. Smartphone/ Tablets/ Laptop is desired but not essential.

You do not need to be experienced, but it is essential that you share our values. You must have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of people with a learning disability. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
