Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be the lead practitioner on shift. You will mentor, support and coach new team members and draw upon your extensive experience to manage any challenges that may arise. No two days are the same. Our homes operate on a ratio of 2:1. You will work collaboratively with our education, therapy and outdoor teams as well as colleagues from the wider sector, keeping the children at the heart of all you do. You will have the support of a dedicated, compassionate, like-minded team, who are all committed to the achievement and wellbeing of both our children and everyone in the AWW community.
You will already have achieved your Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young People’s Workforce. Ideally you will have experience in the Residential Children's Services sector, or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.

**£34,320 - £36,348 (this includes sleep in allowance)**
**Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or Residential Care Required**
