Role: Customer Service Representative

**Salary**: £21,000- £24,000 depending on experience

Location: Canary Wharf

Hours: Fulltime: Monday - Thursday 9am - 7am, Friday 9am
- 5pm

Brief description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service representative to join our ever-growing Team. The position of customer service representative consists of interacting with the customer to calming resolve and provide solutions to customer complaints and organise various different customer requests. As a customer service agent, you will exude patience, professionalism and a people first attitude.
- Are constantly on the phone
- Have a natural ability to diffuse conflict and handle complaints
- Would like to work in a fun upbeat environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Check to ensure that the appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems.
- Confer with customers to obtain details of complaints
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep clear records of customer service interactions
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Maintaining office systems and processes
- Liaise with stakeholders and third parties

Qualifications and requirements
- Computer competent, proficient in Microsoft packages - with the ability to multitask
- Experience with CRM Systems
- Product and Service knowledge
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- **2 years proven customer service experience** **and the ability to provide references**
