**About Our Client**:
A stylish independent retail in luxury designer clothes operating today out of the UK with worldwide customer from as far as the USA, Middle East to China. Established 30 years ago the business has built a trusted and talented team to make the company one of the market leaders today.
The responsibilities of the successful customer service representative will be:
- Monitoring delivery complaints or queries and offering satisfactory and timely resolutions
- Liaising with the Warehouse for outstanding orders, collating the relevant information across multiple systems
- Resolving all failed deliveries in a concise fashion, to ensure customers receive their orders within the expected timeframe
- Acting as an escalation point for customer complaints and resolving any issues
- Responding to instore complaints and escalating to the relevant retailer to resolve any issues
- Management of Review Platform, accepting reviews and challenging negative reviews to improve Customer Satisfaction Scores
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful customer service representative will have:
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and high-end luxury brand (goods or services)
- Strong track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal departments
- Strong track record of individual performance, multi-tasking and working with accuracy
- Excellent verbal English and written communication skills
- Proven record of achieving KPI'sand meeting SLA's
- Professionalism and flexibility
- Computer literacy -knowledge of Zendesk is desirable but not essential
- Strong Microsoft skills required
- Previous experience in a sales environment would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently and to self-motivate
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
