**Personal Advisor Role - Leaving Care Team**

**We** are collaborating with a **Local Authority** in their search for a **Personal Advisor **to provide support to their **Care Leavers Team** in **Warrington**

We are seeking inspired and innovative individuals who can empower care leavers, building on their strengths and assisting them in achieving personal growth and success.

**This is initially a 3-6 month agency contract, with the possibility of extension on an ongoing basis.**

**These are full-time positions requiring a commitment of 37 hours per week.**

**Location: Warrington**

**Role Overview**:

- Enhancing services provided to supported families and delivering positive outcomes for children.
- Assisting all children and families in developing meaningful relationships with professionals.
- Facilitating optimal opportunities for personal development and achievement.
- Fostering a supportive environment that allows workers to thrive and contribute to improved outcomes for children and families.
- Implementing a new approach to social work by integrating Restorative Practice throughout the service.
- Ensuring low caseloads, embedded supervision, and supportive management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Child Care and Education, NND, or qualifications in Health or Social Care.
