As a Customer Service Advisor (or Central Carepals Patient Advisor as we’ll call you) you’ll be instrumental in guiding patients through their treatment journey at Care Fertility.
You’ll provide support and guidance to our patients at every stage of their journey, arranging appointments, signposting to other Care services, raising quotations and invoices, taking payments, and sending patient treatment information.
Answering calls for the Care group and providing 121 Carepals Support Sessions for new patients, there is a strong customer service focus and you‘ll provide a gold standard service.
You’ll be part of a great team who provide a positive link to our patients, and help them to create a family.
**There’s a comprehensive training scheme in place lasting around a month which will be based at our Chester Clinic (Care Cheshire, Red Brow Ln, Daresbury Park, Warrington WA4 4GE).**

**About you**:
Previous customer service and/or sales through service experience is vital (preferably in a telephony/contact centre environment). Previous experience of working in a medical environment would be good, as you will have a better understanding of the role but it’s not necessary.
You’re flexible, eager to learn, are able to work alone as well as part of a team and have great attention to detail.
You have a strong understanding of delivering excellence for people (both written and verbal), with accuracy and in a timely fashion.
Excellent verbal and written communication is required as you’ll be dealing with people from all backgrounds and disciplines, making and taking calls, delivering a high-quality patient experience - you will be acting as a Care Fertility ambassador in all of your interactions.

**Location/Benefits**:
**There’s a comprehensive training scheme in place lasting around a month which will be based at our Chester Clinic (Care Cheshire, Red Brow Ln, Daresbury Park, Warrington WA4 4GE).**
After that, it’s a remote role where you’ll predominantly work from home, there will be an occasionally need to visit clinics for meetings etc. so you’ll need to be comfortable with travelling.
Working 8hrs a day on a rota between 08:00-18:00, Mon-Sat (working approx 1 Saturday in 6).
