As this role has a strong focus on sales, we are looking for someone who loves to build relationships with customers and proactively generate sales both face to face and over the phone. Industry experience isn't essential as long as you have the desire tolearn and progress.

**What will I be doing?**
An Account Manager is an essential role within the branch network, reporting into the Sales Manager you will play an active role in the development of the business unit through the development of both current/lapsed and new accounts. You will build relationshipswith Customers and understand their wider requirements in order to ensure the smooth on boarding of new accounts. In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson Values
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Find and develop new business via proactive approaches, follow ups and general customer interaction
- Support customer with the on-boarding of their new account, ensuring an excellent service is maintained at all times.
- Manage key relationships to ensure repeat business and an established portfolio
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
