General Administrator

**We are looking for an ambitious General Administrator to work in our Hitachi Connected Technlogy Team as it continues to grow and develop.**
The role will be based from our new dedicated Hitachi Connected Technologies site, next to our Companys HQ in Hebburn. The standard hours for the role are 40 per week Monday - Friday.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Responsible for helping with the implementation, maintenance, monitoring and invoicing of Hitachi Connected Technology
- Liaising with all stakeholders involved, internally, supplier, customers, and Hitachi Europe
- Set up rental contracts for the telematics units on an ERP system, producing monthly invoices to send to customers.
- Importing of relevant documents, service reports, annual inspections into the system.
- Creating and producing reports from operational hours and fault codes to assist the Service Controllers in planning work.
- Registering and recording all machine calibration files, LOLER certs.
Demostrable experience in a general administration role is essential, along with being a strong communicator with excellent IT skills.
