**The role**
- Support the day-to-day administration and processing of all new and existing mortgage customer enquiries
- Ensure all mortgage administration activities are performed within the agreed customer service standard
- Identification of improvements and changes to current mortgage systems and processes
- Dealing with customers in a professional manner and be able to also respond to customer service calls via telephone
- Speaking with customers via live chat
- Learn the processes and procedures require to answer a customer's queries
- Ensure that telephone calls are answered & dealt with promptly & efficiently
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions
- To perform multifaceted general office administration support to the mortgage department
- Typing and sending letters to customers

Opportunities to progress within this role will be encouraged and supported. Experience working within financial services would be beneficial but not essential.

**Further details**
- The role will be 100% office based in Hebburn
- For this role, you will be required to work 5 days over a 7-day period on a shift rota, between the hours of 9am & 7pm, you will work no more than 7.5 hours each day.
- Starting salary of between £20,000-£21,000, dependant on experience along with weekend work shift allowance ofan additional £75 for every weekend worked.
- You will be gfiven no less than 4 weeks' notice on the shift rota, to plan your life outside of work.
