**Job Title**: Mortgage Administrator

**Location**:Tyne & Wear

**Salary**: £22,500 - £24,500 Deepening on experience

**About the Company**:
Our clientshave a vacancy for a Mortgage Administrator. Working from the Company’s office in, Tyne & Wear.

They are one of the largest mortgage brokers in the North-East and is currently recruiting for a full-time Mortgage Administrator working 37.5hrs per week.

**What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include**:

- Making appropriate appointments for an adviser to review and/or arrange new mortgage & protection products. T

**What is Needed to Be Considered for This Role**:

- Excellent communication and customer services skills.
- Excellent computer skills including database set-up and maintenance, Microsoft office including excel and word.
- Previous experience within a mortgage administration role would be preferred but not essential.
- A good telephone manner is essential.
- Comfortable speaking to existing customers and new customers both inbound and outbound.
