Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board are in the process of delivering an ambitious People Strategy alongside partners and stakeholders within the wider Integrated Care System.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team to support workforce transformation across Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System.

The Project Support Officer will assist delivery of the Hertfordshire and West Essex People Strategy and broader workforce transformation programme for the ICB. This could be working across a variety of workstreams for example, education, training, leadership, workforce supply, staff wellbeing, experience and retention and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

The post holder will support development and delivery of relevant strategies and action plans in line with the People Strategy vision and as part of the ICB plan meeting the changing and challenging environment of care and health within our community.

The post holder will engage with key stakeholder organisations, working specifically with HR and People Functions as well as other workforce and related teams across health, social care and voluntary organisations.

This is a critical role in ensuring the Transformation Team delivers against key priority areas and processes in place for evaluating the impact of interventions.

The post-holder will provide high quality project and administrative support including managing meeting documentation and preparing key documents.
1. To support members of the team in the daily management of digital record keeping
2. Liaising with stakeholders from across the system
3. Create and manage appropriate project documentation such as project plans
4. Raise risks with appropriate project manager
5. Support the administration of System wide learning programmes
6. Provide administrative support to the transformation team projects and agenda

NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the local NHS organisation that plans and oversees how NHS money is spent and makes sure health services work well and are of high quality.
