**Position**: Utility Admin Support
- **Location**: Welwyn Garden City, Herts
- **Salary**: £18,000-£21,000 per annum + Up-to £3k annual discretionary bonus paid quarterly
- **Contract**: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday - Friday
- 37 Hours per week
**Utility Admin Support**:

**Job Role**:
Our client are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual with excellent analytical and attention to detail skills. This self-starter will be confident in building relationships with suppliers but must be confident in challenging when required. You should have a very strong sense of their own initiative, logic, curiosity, common sense and above all, customer service.
**Principle Responsibilities**:
- Manage and resolve entry level utility customer service queries to resolution within agreed timescales
- Build relationships with utility suppliers and internal customers in writing and on the phone
- Confirm contract information with suppliers
- Advise suppliers of meter readings received from customers
- Data collection from various sources for various reasons
- Participate in any adhoc tasks or projects that may arise
- Update internal systems accurately with query notes and contract information
- Data entry
- Utility tender preparation
- Carry out tasks requested by the procurement and customer service advisors
**Requirements**:
- Customer focused with strong numeracy and problem solving skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and attention to detail skills
- Assertive, determined and self-motivated with a curious mind
- Capable of hitting deadlines
- Able to take on many different tasks at once
