**Job Summary**

The ECO team engages with partner organisations, facilitating funding to support the installation of energy efficient heating and insulation measures. These measures are installed to reduce carbon emissions and also to alleviate the effects of fuel poverty on vulnerable people in our communities. The results of this work are then reported to OFGEM, who oversee the ECO scheme. We are looking for an Administrator to join us, and be trained to undertake important roles supporting our team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Accurately process all submissions thoroughly ensuring that each partners and sub contractor is compliant to meet OFGEM and utility requirements in a timely manner
- Liaise and work with partners to address any areas of their submission which are non-compliant
- Resolve queries received from the Funders in respect of work submitted, within a timely manner
- Assist the Compliance Manager with the development and refinement of process, to ensure efficient delivery of our obligation.
- Contact customers post survey and installation to verify information or to request additional information
- Prepare document packs for the install teams

- Able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly and learn and develop in an ever-changing company
- An outstanding eye for detail with a drive to provide exceptional administration support
- Customer focused with strong communication skills
- Flexible team player with a positive, proactive and enthusiastic nature, with a high desire to succeed
- Capability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload to meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Able to work well under pressure

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

IT literacy: Word, Excel and Outlook and an ability to learn to use new software specific to the Industry. Note that full training and support will be provided.
