**Location**: Sutton, SM2 5AE
**Salary**: £20,000 - £26,000 per annum
Our client was founded in 2014, since then they have established a very high quality reputation providing Domiciliary Home Care as well as Live-In Care.
The company is registered with the Care Quality Commission which is the government body set up to regulate Home Care provision within the UK.
They pride themselves on enhancing the quality of life for their customers, enabling them to lead as independent a life as possible 24 hours a day 7 days a week in the comfort of their own home. They tailor each of their home care packages to the needs ofthe individual.

**Your role would include the following**:
- To be responsible for ensuring that all company recruitment processes are followed
- Responsible for processing recruitment related correspondence and documentation ensuring efficient and accurate completion of safe recruitment procedures, shortlisting, preparing interview packs, and issuing offer letters and contracts, in line with thecompany policy
- To monitor all vacancies within the recruitment cycle and provide a customer focused administrative recruitment service for managers in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that managers are provided with regular updates regarding their vacancies.
- To monitor the recruitment process ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
- Build positive, professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Plan and organise the workload ensuring resources are utilised effectively
- Ensure that the recruitment systems are maintained correctly with progress of recruitment campaigns and provide updates to stakeholders as and when required
- Manage workflow using current systems and ensuring customer service standards are adhered to
- Work closely with team leaders and the operational managers to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Continuously work in partnership with the team to deliver a seamless, high quality service to the stakeholders
