Office Angels are currently recruiting for a **HR Administrator** for our client based in **Frimley.** **Role**:HR Administrator (Temporary) **Location**:Frimley **Pay Rate**: £12 - £14ph (40 hours a week) **The Role**: - Prepare, distribute, and coordinate all aspects of employee administration throughout the employee life cycle. - Take on range of administrative duties to support the team and includes recruitment, Employee relations, on boarding, payroll - Maintaining employee files - Proactively monitor and respond to all employee queries - Respond to reference requests for current or ex-members of staff - Carry out New Starter checks and contact new employees for missing details - Carry out audits, such as Right To Work audits - Ensure electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained - Raise PO's for the department and receipt invoices on internal system once received - Ad hoc admin duties - Conduct data cleansing and audits to ensure that all information is up to date and maintained - Be the key point of contact for employees looking for support - Collaborate within the People Team to understand processes and contacts for escalations - Provide day-to-day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and company Policies and Procedures. - Assistance in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinaries and grievances may be required - Previous experience in a similar HR position desirable - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Excellent attention to detail - "Can do" attitude - Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload - Microsoft Office skills Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
