We are looking for a Part-Time HR Administrator to support the Director of HR in the provision of high quality, efficient day-to-day HR service for a school. This role will focus on the recruitment process, HR records data management, HR Administration,employment documentation and compliance.
- Part-Time, 8.30am - 1.30pm_

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain personnel files and carry out regular audits and maintenance on files as required.
- Answer and deal with day to day enquiries (both internal and external) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process HR information onto our HR database including recruitment and employment checks, absence records, staff training, probation information and onboarding/offboarding info.
- Preparation of employment contracts.
- Responsible for staff recruitment and selection process, advertising media, placing job adverts, producing interview schedules.
- Send out induction checklists and probationary review forms to line managers for new starters.
- Support the HR Director with employee relations cases when required including general administration and taking minutes during meetings.

**Skills:**
- Previous HR Admin experience
- Good Microsoft Office experience including, Excel and Word.
- Experience of using an HR database.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
