Our St Helens site are now recruiting for an **Office Administrator**on aon a full time and permanent basis.

**Salary**: £21,000 - £22,000

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

The purpose of an **Office Administrator**is to provide effective administrative support to the central office.

Key Duties of a Office Administrator:

- Providing a professional and exemplary front of house / reception service.
- Completing Technical, Quality and Health & Safety administrative tasks within deadlines set.
- Answer and field incoming external and internal calls
- Meet and greet visitors, customers, suppliers
- Manage office supplies and maintain consumables storage cupboard
- Set up meeting rooms, coordinate refreshments and lunches
- Manage, maintain and update EOA system, maintaining weekly stats, agency hours etc, spreadsheets and databases
- Monitor and maintain holiday tracker.
- Assist in HR and Payroll with duties such as scanning, exit interviews typed up and filed, helping to calculate entitlements to leaving date
- Purchase Order raising and support for all departments
- Trouble shooting and assisting the SMT as and when required
- Ad-hoc support with PR and Marketing activities
- Ad-hoc event support

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business & Administrative Procedures or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Reception or Administration role is essential
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office programs
- Previous experience in report writing is desirable
- Worked with Senior Managers / Directors
- An effective communicator, written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
