**Join Our Team as a Property Compliance Administrator**
Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to grow your career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking property management company? **Urban Evolution Property Management Ltd** is looking for a friendly and capable individual to join our team as a **Property Compliance Administrator**.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and track compliance requirements across our property portfolio
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with key administrative tasks
- Prepare clear, professional documents and reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communicate confidently and courteously with clients, colleagues, and partners
- Help identify and solve operational challenges
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records and reports
What You’ll Bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- The ability to stay organised, prioritise tasks, and work independently
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience planning staff schedules is a plus

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
