Property Management Admin Assistant

**Role Overview**:
Join our dynamic team at Mocha Property Management Ltd, a local lettings agency in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property and strong administrative skills. As a part-time Property Management Admin Assistant, you will support our operations by ensuring efficient administrative processes and excellent tenant relations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks associated with property lettings and management.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of tenancy agreements and lease renewals.
- Communicate with utility companies and local councils.
- Attend property viewings, manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Address maintenance issues and coordinate with approved contractors.
- Complete inventories for new tenant check-ins and support with check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain and update property listings, tenant records, and financial data on our management system.
- Process rent payments, deposits, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with the marketing of properties, including creating property descriptions and scheduling viewings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to property management in the UK.
**Must-Have Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with both landlords and tenants, complemented by excellent phone etiquette.
- Initiative in independently addressing and resolving issues, backed by strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must possess a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for travel.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Understanding of property rentals; ARLA qualification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
**Education**:
- A-levels or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred but not essential.
**Place of Work**:
Primarily home-based with travel to appointments within the Liverpool area. Occasional meetings and interview at the head office in Ellesmere Port, with ample notice provided.
