Job Title: Property Lister

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct property assessments and evaluations to determine market value and listing price.
Collaborate with property owners to gather all necessary information and documents for property listings.
Prepare detailed property descriptions, photographs, and other marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
Create and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and increase property visibility.
Host open houses and property showings to prospective buyers, providing them with valuable information and addressing their queries.
Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth transactions between buyers and sellers.
Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
**Requirements**:
Car & Full UK Drivers Licence

Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable deals for clients.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in using real estate databases and software.
