Are you a proactive Admin Assistant looking to work for an established dynamic accountancy practice?
Alexander Myerson has a well-known and enviable reputation across the North-West, located in the heart of Liverpool city centre. We are a young and dynamic team who are driving the business forward and are looking for an Admin Assistant to join us. Our plans to develop our Admin team start with you.
In our business we know that it is more than just numbers; it is a service-led business, and this role will require you to build relationships with clients, to help ensure our service is personal to all clients. **Skills we need from you**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and resolving queries efficiently
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in data entry and clerical work
- Meet monthly planning targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist members of the team and provide on-the-job training/ feedback
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and hit deadlines
**Amazing extras**
- Familiarity with software packages used in the accountancy industry (e.g. Xero, Karbon, TaxCalc)
- Commercial in your mindset
- Blog writing skills
- Experience working within a UK Accountancy Practice environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
