**THE ROLE**: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling a full turnkey business solution into a variety of sectors, covering both public and private sectors. Dealing directly with procurement teams, Environmental Managersand Operations Directors your role will be to identify and convert new business opportunities. You must be a confident, sales focused individual and be proactive in self-generating leads as this role is 80% new business. You will be fully supported in yournew business endeavours with internal support and a fully cleansed CRM system and strong existing pipeline.

**THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER**:

- Basic: up to £30,000
- Commission: OTE £15,000
- Company Car or Car Allowance
