My client is an innovative technology company that designs and develops products for customers globally. They are looking for a Business Development Manager, with experience in the Automotive industry, to join their team in Oxfordshire on a permanent basis. **The Business Development Manager will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Experienced in the Automotive industry
- A passion for business development and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Sales and Business Management experience would be beneficial
- Interested in technology and passionate about its development
- Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate others
- Enthusiasm for the position
- Brilliant communication skills and organisational skills

**The Business Development Manager role will involve**:

- Communicating how the Automotive industry could benefit from the company’s technology
- Managing sales and business development activities within the company
- Optimising product development to maintain the company’s excellent reputation
- Liaising with clients and investors to create and build relationships, then manage accounts
- Representing the company at events and conferences
- Working in alignment with commercial, technical, research and marketing strategies
- Achieving revenue growth targets
- Day-to-day management and team engagement
- Driving for progression and growth of the business
