Business Development Manager

**Position**:Business Development Manager.
I am looking to hire an experienced individual to join as a Business Development Manager with good technical and commercial knowledge who also has leadership experience at an established company that leads various industry sectors with its innovative technologies.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute business developing strategies for traffic intelligence and smart highways and drive adoption of the company's solutions in targeted areas.
- Set objectives for annual and quarterly targets and ensure progress is monitored and aligned with the objectives.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts.
- Networking across relevant industries, consultants, and road authorities, to promote the company's solutions and capabilities towards public safety.
- Seek and hire a network of channel partners, consultants, integrators etc for geographic coverage and easy deployment of products.
**You should have**:
- Ability to understand and work at a technical level with excellent commercial business development plans.
- Experience in managing and creating high-performing cross-functional teams and offering mentorship.
- Ability and willingness to travel abroad and build a direct relationship.
- Customer orient; deliver world-class service to both, internal and external customers/stakeholders.
**Experience**:
- Professional experience within technical business-to-business sales for products like smart highways, traffic intelligence, censors, etc.
- Knowledge of traffic Management or Traffic intelligence industries
- Experience dealing with large contracts, negotiating, and building relationships across all stakeholder groups.
