**Experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator & Sales Support Coordinator**
**Location: Lincoln**
**Basic salary: £25,000 to £27,000 (dependent upon experience)**

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced vehicle sales administrator to join our professional sales team.

**Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.**
**The roles is fast paced, varied and fun too where no two days are the same.**
Work closely with the sales team to accurately prepare and process all sales administration, order forms and production forms
Ensure all sales administration, production and order forms are 100% accurate before the vehicle goes into production
Update customer orders
Provide technical support to customers queries
Ensure all vehicles are fully paid for and arrange customer collections/vehicle deliveries
Prepare and update sales quotations
Deliver high levels of customer service at all times
**Required skills and experiences**:
Be confident with proven automotive main dealer sales administration skills
Be an excellent listener with the ability to understand customer needs
**Have great attention to detail championing a get it right first-time approach**
Be able to take ownership of tasks & projects, getting the job done
Be able to organise & prioritise daily workloads
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
**Have a friendly confident professional telephone manner**
Have exceptional customer service skills
IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
**The Package**:
**Basic salary of £25,000 to £27,000 (dependent upon experience)**
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm (no weekends)
