**About Us**
In 2002 Les Puxty started his own business, Beacon, as a sole trader in a mobile footwear service. Supplying specialist footwear from the centre of Lincoln, the business expanded across the country over the next eight years.
Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength in providing high-quality safety footwear and workwear, opening an office in the heart of Lincoln in 2012, expanding our services to offer personalised branding and introducing two industrial embroidery machinesto our ever-growing enterprise.
In 2021 we became, BeaconUK Group Limited, starting the search for new, larger premises to enable us to increase production whilst keeping quality and customer service at the heart of our business.
We’re now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday.

**The Role**
As a Sales Administrator, you will support our Sales Team with all aspects of administration whilst providing customers with excellent service.
Acting as the first point of call for internal enquiries and customer contact, you will co-ordinate quotations and presentations as well as customer price reviews.
You will also liaise directly with clients and secure new opportunities, process meeting notes through the CRM and analyse and improve marketing materials.
**About You**
To be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:

- Experience providing administrative support for a busy team
- Experience using a CRM tool to manage and track activity
- Experience with issues prioritisation, troubleshooting and problem solving
- IT proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook and other business systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
