**List Main Duties**:

- Answer customer calls, greet customers at the showroom and assist with queries where possible.
- Load new leads and allocate these to the relevant sales representative.
- Qualify new on line leads to ensure we have legitimate details.
- Create customer quotes and issue to customers within the required timeframe.
- Responsible for chasing and taking deposits payments.
- To accurately process and load all new contracts onto our database.
- Ensure that all necessary correspondence are uploaded and notes are added to our internal database.
- Check surveys to identify any variance from the contract, correct costings where required and escalate any issues to Sales Manager.
- Run weekly sales reports and record sales statistics.
- Assist with the arrangement of survey appointments.
- Assist with Service Calls, determine the issue and arrange for correctly skilled engineer to attend site.
- Participate in training to understand our products to assist with sales queries.
- To be flexible and cover the showroom at weekends during holidays and sickness.
- Fully participate in personal development to ensure you move to the next level.

**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS**
- High level of computer literacy including experience of Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Customer Care Training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,750.00 per year
