**About us**

We are looking for a Trainee Commercial Sales Administrator to join our team to provide administration support to our commercial sales managers. We will teach you to develop your administrative and sales skills, as well as gaining knowledge in our products and services. You may be involved onto a Customer Service apprenticeship course as part of your role.

As a Trainee Commercial Sales Administrator at Lincoln Security your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring that enquires are dealt with promptly using excellent customer service skills
- Working with customers and other team members to ensure that orders are processed smoothly and efficiently, providing product information and pricing.
- Carrying out filing, taking payments, taking and making calls and processing orders
- Attending training to develop your knowledge and skills
- Prioritising workload to match the daily demands of the commercial sales department.

- A methodical approach to your workload
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and flexible
- To have excellent oral and written communication skills
- To work in a small team but also have plenty of initiative to work alone
- IT skills
- basic computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel is a must

**Qualifications**

A good level of education is required. We understand that not everybody shines in their exams. We are ideally looking for somebody who has achieved at least a grade D/E and above or grade 3/4 and above.
