**Success Tours** is an award-winning group tour operator for sports & social clubs and private clubs & associations in the UK. It is a successful part of the **Albatross Group**, a collection of travel companies specialising in coach and group tourism, delivering excellence since 1985.
Working as one team to ensure our client experience is efficient whilst providing exceptional service for clients and suppliers. It involves responsibility and ownership of the management of tour logistics. Predominantly tasks will involve administrative duties and juggling a number of tour plans whilst keeping customer service and the client experience at the heart of all we do.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be confident to answer our phones to deal with client bookings and queries
- Be competent with our booking systems and tour logistic processes
- Ensure all systems and details on the systems are always up to date and accurate for each tour
- Request, liaise with and book up tour components with the relevant suppliers (ie. airlines, coach companies, attractions, guides etc.)
- Plan the times and logistics of each tour
- Ensure tour budget is kept in mind and negotiate with suppliers where appropriate
- Have regular contact with suppliers and clients for booking updates / queries
- Demonstrates the Albatross Way daily
- Be part of the “24hr helpline” phone rota & assist with any client queries outside of working hours (after 6 months of employment.)

**Albatross Benefits**

This is a full-time role, initially based in our office in Larkfield (hybrid working available after 6 months training), Kent. Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
