**Recruitment Administrator - Plymouth**
**Basic salary up to £25,000 (DOE)**
**Hybrid working based part of the week from our Plymouth office and part of the week from home**

Due to continued growth Succession now have an outstanding opportunity for experienced Administrator to join our People Team as an Recruitment Administrator.

**The role**
The primary purpose of the role will be to offer proactive and flexible support the Recruitment manager in all aspects of recruitment. This role will also ensure that each new starter receives a fully inclusive onboarding to Succession.
**On a day to day basis you can expect to be**:
- Onboarding - communication with new starters throughout the onboarding process, keeping them and the line manager up to date with pre-employment checks. Answering any questions and ensuring they always have someone to talk to.
- Relationships - building positive relationships with hiring managers, occasionally speaking to recruitment agencies and booking interviews, working with the wider HR team to support any ad-hoc HR administration.
**To be successful in the role you will need**:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role within a recruitment setting
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel packages essential
