Look no further City College Plymouth is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Training Administrator. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract.

As a Recruitment and Training Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our People Development and Recruitment and Training co-ordination. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our People Development team and the overall functioning of the College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Recruitment and Training Coordinators, ensuring tasks are executed to the highest quality.
- Professional Conduct: Courteous interactions with external organisations and internal staff will be a key aspect of your role, reflecting the college's commitment to respect and integrity.
- Collaborative Contribution: You'll be an essential part of the People Development team, actively contributing to its success. In the absence of colleagues or during peak workloads, you'll step in to ensure smooth operations.
- Efficient Workload Management: Planning and organising your daily workload will be essential, as well as effectively managing inquiries received by the People Development team. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for telephone calls, directing inquiries appropriately within the college.
- Event Coordination: Participate in college events, conferences, and internal/external meetings. This will involve developing agendas, arranging hospitality and travel, and taking minutes and action points.
- Flexibility in Duties: As part of this dynamic role, you may be required to undertake other tasks that align with the grade of the post and contribute to the smooth functioning of the college.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for courteous interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in office software and tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proactive and adaptable team player.
