**Role Description**

Pioneer Subsea is seeking a dedicated, full-time **Recruitment Resourcer** to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support our recruitment operations by:

- Managing hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of offshore industry practices and terminology is a plus but not required.
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Prior experience in recruitment is desired but not essential.
- Experience with CRM software.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,500.00 per year (negotiable depending on experience)

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Will be a requirement to have on call coverage.

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Remote:. Work will be remote but would prefer applicants within the soutwest, Devon/Cornwall area
