Join us now as an Estates Services Advisor working 35 hours per week This in an exciting time to join us as we respond to the changes to consumer regulation, tenant satisfaction measures, and achieve our corporate aims of having tenants at heart. This role is offered as a secondment for approx. 6 months.
In this key role, you'll provide vital support to the delivery of Estate management services. You'll work closely with our Estates Officers to support the delivery of their caseloads - coordinating their schedules and responses to requests made by our customers and other Midland Heart colleagues, whilst maintaining accurate records and producing reports to ensure that targets are achieve in-line with our Service First ethos.
You'll also assist in taking a proactive approach to managing decants, abandoned properties/vehicles, void properties and tenancy terminations to ensure properties are recovered in a timely manner and costs kept to a minimum.
To successfully deliver this role, you'll be required to either hold a driving licence or evidence the ability to travel throughout the area of operation (East and West Midlands).
Experience of working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and deliver a brilliant service and outcomes for customers.
Case management or account management experience, with the ability to respond to and manage changing priorities.
Experience of gathering information, proactively investigating queries and making independent evidence-based decisions to reach positive outcomes.
Knowledge of abandoned property, abandoned vehicle and gas cap processes and procedures.
