Ferndown Estates, an award-winning estate agency in Marston Green, is offering a unique **18-month Apprenticeship** in Videography, Video Editing, and Real Estate. This apprenticeship blends hands-on experience with professional training, providing you with the perfect foundation for a successful career.

**What We Offer**:

- **Full-Time Creative & Real Estate Role**: Immerse yourself 5 days a week in our Marston Green office, where you’ll capture and create engaging content that showcases our properties and services, while learning the ropes of the real estate industry.
- **Specialised Training**: Spend 2 days per week in online classroom training and coursework, mastering videography, video editing, and essential real estate knowledge.
- **On-the-Job Experience**: Develop your skills 3 days a week by working directly with our marketing and sales teams, producing high-quality video content and gaining valuable real estate experience.
- **Comprehensive Training**: Master everything from filming and editing to the key aspects of sales and lettings, providing you with a well-rounded skill set.
- **Competitive Pay**: Earn £10 per hour, significantly higher than the standard apprenticeship rate of £6.40 per hour.
