**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:

- Effective communication, leadership and coaching skills are important as you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Essentially you will have worked with the client group who have support needs relating to Autism, Epilepsy and Learning Disabilities.
- Ideally you will have a level 5 social care qualification or working towards this level as a minimum.
- You will be committed to person centred planning and positive risk taking. It is essential you are a driver with a full license.
- It is important that you share our company values which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure that we deliver high quality, consistent care and support.
