Service Desk Team Leader
Our client is looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is a hybrid working model, with 4 days required on-0site per week. You will support the service desk team, ensuring workloads are evenly distributed, andensuring an excellent level of IT support is provided across the business. You will also be an active team member, handling your own tickets and leading by example with management and resolution.

**Service Desk Team Leader - Key Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Hands on experience with printers, laptops and other hardware
- Experience providing support with Microsoft operating systems and O365
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Technical experience with systems networking, databases, and user support
- Demonstrate excellent service desk ethos, organisation and record keeping
- Formal IT qualifications would be advantageous
