**JOB TITLE**: 1st Line IT Support Team Leader

**SALARY**: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

**LOCATION**: Nottingham

This role involves working Monday - Friday on 8.5 hour shifts, anywhere between 7am-6pm, with an hour lunch.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
We are looking for someone that has at least 12 months experience within a technical role, specifically on a helpdesk, with a background of managing a team. If you have experience of Ivanti, Service Now or ITSM tools, that would be an advantage, however all training is provided and as long as you have helpdesk and management experience, we want to have a conversation with you
