**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000 dependent upon experience

**About us**:
We are Decadent Drinks, a small company that does independent bottlings of fine spirits and other drinks. Mostly whisky, rum, cognac and armagnac, but with lofty designs on adding other drinks to our selection in future. We release bottlings every month via our website, retail partners and international importers. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and creative work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for the drinks industry and can demonstrate past success in working in a fast-paced industry as part of an enthusiastic, collaborative and passionate team. This role will be working closely with our Head of Marketing and Sales to deliver our marketing plan.

**Role and Responsibilities**

In collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Sales the Marketing Officer will be responsible for:

- Website maintenance, creation of new pages and management of promotions
- Graphic design of social media posts, sales packs and other types of content using programs such as Canva and Photoshop
- Content creation, monitoring and driving strategy across all our social media platforms
- Creation of paid social ads to build our online community
- Responsible for website product launches for our members and the wider public
- Creation of a monthly digital report that includes Google Analytics, social media, MailChimp, and sales numbers
- Provide marketing support to our retail and importing partners
- Provide marketing support to our sales team to deliver events
- Development and ordering of company merchandise and marketing requirements

**What were looking for**:

- Passion: an interest in whisky and the drinks industry would be ideal Ability to represent Decadent Drinks within the whisky community.
- Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience within a communications and marketing role environment or experience within the drinks industry
- Creativity: A strong ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in the market.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in the likes of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WordPress, Canva and MailChimp.

**Other information**:

- Working Hours: 5 days per week (9am to 5pm) with some level of flexibility for events.
- Our team currently work remotely with occasional travel to our headquarters in Perth, Scotland, and national and international events.
- Salary Band: £28,000 - £32,000 full time
