**Design & Marketing Assistant
- Caledonian House, West Kinfauns - 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Marketing Team for a Design & Marketing Assistant based at our Head Office in West Kinfauns, Perth.

This role will offer support to the Marketing Team, performing a number of different duties and will, with support, work across a number of divisions and projects within the business.

This is a newly created, entry level role ideally suited to a graduate looking to further develop their skills in design, social media, sales support, PR, digital marketing, events organisation and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and marketing of the Morris Leslie brand
- Provide support to the Sales Teams, producing accurate quotes and tender documents as required
- Write copy and content for social media, printed marketing collateral, press releases and online campaigns
- Regularly update company websites
- Design and update marketing materials
- Assist with social media activities
- Plan and book regular advertising campaigns and create advertising copy
- Order, manage and distribute branded company merchandise
- Work with external suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Assist with project management of trade shows, exhibitions and events

**What you’ll need**:
Essential:

- Qualification in Marketing or Design
- Confident communicator with a creative mindset
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent IT skills and confident in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

**Salary**:
Circa £22,000 depending on experience.
