Join a progressive team providing design and printing services to UWAFull-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.Base salary range: $83212 $92231 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.About the areaCampus Management is responsible for planning designing developing and managing the Universitys campus and property portfolio to support teaching research and campus life. Campus Management delivers a range of University-wide services including strategic planning property management facilities operations major projects and developments sustainability landscape security and transport. Within the Central SDC Campus Managements Maintenance and Services team the role shares accountability for the operational delivery of Campus Management services and its primary customers are the Central Units and the Universitys estate.UniPrint is the UWA preferred supplier for Print services providing a comprehensive service to the University community.About the opportunityYou will be responsible for the application and development of graphic design elements and styles.Create printed material and other publications and assist with digital marketing materials websites and other online elements.Support the development of style manuals and actively assist in improving consistency and creativity across the Universitys online presence.About youRelevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competencySubstantial relevant graphic design experience at an appropriate levelDemonstrated high standard of creative and innovative design skills.Proficiency in a range of computing skills including such programs as Adobe Creative Suite InDesign Photoshop Illustrator Adobe Acrobat and the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work independently show initiative problem solve and work productively as part of a team.Special requirements Some after-hours work may be requiredPosition description: POSITION DESCRIPTION Designer (521622).docxTo learn more about this opportunity please contact Adam Lee at How to applyPlease apply online via the Apply Now button.
