We cultivate bold collaborations with industry and government that unlock new pathways for innovation and discovery.From agriculture to oceans medicine to space defence to data our team connects world-class research with commercial opportunity accelerating solutions that shape industries and improve lives.About the opportunity Coordinate and support events and stakeholder engagement including industry forums networking sessions and internal workshops to advance strategic objectives.Develop communications such as website content capability statements promotional materials project reports and presentations.Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Office of Industry and Commercial Development ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.About you Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in project coordination marketing communications or event management.Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering professional events and stakeholder engagement activities.Strong written communication skills including the ability to draft reports promotional content and correspondence for diverse audiences.High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools.Note: Occasional travel within the state and interstate may be required.Position description: PD Project Officer (OICD) To learn more about this opportunity please contact Liz Latham at How to applyPlease apply online via the Apply Now button.
