Full time, permanent opportunity assisting the Finance team by providing efficient finance and administration to customers and stakeholders in the business.
- Responsible for building weekly and monthly payment runs and improving the current process.
- Ensure that the VAT has been included on invoices at the correct rates.
- Action new supplier forms, and setting up new suppliers in the accounts system.
- Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciliation of integration between the Freight Forwarding System and Accounting System.
- Assist with raising sales invoices and contra payments.
- Assist the credit controller with chasing debtors and solving sales ledger queries on request.
- Undertake any other duties at the request of Head of Finance or Directors.

Applicants will have admin experience and 5 GCSE grade A- C (or equivalent) including Mathematics. Intermediate Excel and AAT Level 1 desirable.

Hours: 37.5 per week
