The Role:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Review invoices and process through the system accurately.
- Monitor correct authorisation and coding of expense claims.
- Reconcile supplier statements to the ledger.
- Ensure the integrity of purchase ledger system.
- Monitor the ledger for debit balances and duplicate payments.
- Ensure supplier set up procedures are followed - new vendors & bank detail verifications.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial tasks as the need arises.
- Liaising with purchaser to ensure delivery of goods.
- Setting up supplier payments as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel - pivot tables & vlookups desirable.
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade 4-9 (A*-C) including Maths and English.
Accounts experience would be an advantage but not essential.
