**Personal Assistant: One-to-One Support**

**Location**: Accrington area | Driving Licence Required

**Are you a compassionate and thoughtful individual seeking a rewarding role?**

We are looking for a calm and composed individual to assist a bright and polite man in his 30s with a complex physical disability who uses a wheelchair for mobility. Your assistance will help him maintain a consistent routine.

This post guarantees a contract commitment of 16 hours per week, spread over three weekdays as detailed below.

**Role Details**:

- **Flexible Hours**: Guaranteed contract of 16 hours per week.
- **Commitment**: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 AM to 3 PM.
- **Start Date**: Flexible or Immediate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transport the service user in an automatic vehicle.
- Accompany and assist with occasional appointments.
- Assist with household tasks and daily activities.
- Provide personal care, including toileting, bathing, and dressing.
- Plan and facilitate enjoyable outings like coffee shop visits, retail centre trips, seaside strolls, scenic drives, and running errands.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (provided).
- Clean UK driving licence.
- Medically fit and safe to drive.
- Must have a passion for driving.
- Professionalism, care, patience, courtesy, reliability, dedication, common sense, organisational skills, and practical decision-making.
